It’s very rare to find an individual chalet in a village environment and only a few minutes walk from the 3 Valleys lift system but this is one.

St Martin de Belleville is an all-the-year-round Savoyard village and is the administrative centre of the Belleville valley with the Mairie, church, village hall and sports hall. The village is well served with shops, restaurants and ski hire facilities and being part of the 3 Valleys ski lift system is a superb location for the ski season. Val Thorens, Meribel, Courcheval and the Maurienne valley are all within reach. There are pistes to suit all levels of skier and access to couloirs and off-piste terrain for the more adventurous.

In the summer it’s warm with lots of mountain walks, mountain-bike trails, fishing, paragliding, tennis, etc…… with many other activities available in Les Menuires during July and August. The lift system runs on a summer schedule during July and August to give access to high mountain walks and mountain bike runs without the "up hill bit"

St Martin de Belleville is about 2 hours by car from Geneva, Grenoble and Lyon airports and 1.5 hours from Chambery airport. A ski train runs in the winter and stops at Moutiers, about 30 minutes by taxi or bus to St Martin.
