The village nestles in the Abondance valley, a short hop from Lake Geneva, and is the gateway to the fabulous Franco-Swiss Portes du Soleil, the worlds largest skiing domain.

It is an area of spectacular mountain scenery with breathtaking views and beautiful vistas throughout the year. As well as being astonishingly picturesque the mountains are a fantastic all year round playground.

Situated at an altitude of 1000 metres the village of Abondance lies in a valley dominated by Mont de Grange (2432 m) and du Pic de la Corne (2084m).

1st Floor Apartment.
This apartment is accessed by a flight of stairs which lead from the shared entrance hall and open up into the light and spacious lounge. The room is furnished with comfortable settees and chairs, a television, and a traditional long dining table. A wood-burning stove ensures that the lounge stays cosy and warm even in the coldest weather.

Adjoining the lounge is a well appointed kitchen comprising a modern cooker, hob, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. Once again the views are wonderful! Also on this floor there is a shower room and a separate toilet.

On the top floor there are two bedrooms. One contains a double and a single bed and the other has three single beds. Between the two rooms is a curtained private area with two futons. This floor has a shower with a toilet. Electric heating is installed in all the main rooms.

On the ground floor (entry level) a garage door gives access to storage for skis and bikes. There is a large drying room beyond.

Studio Aparment.
The studio apartment is accessed down a few steps from the shared entrance hall. The room is open plan with a living area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a double sofa bed in the living area beneath a limited headroom mezzanine. This sleeping area comprises a double and a single mattress and is accessed by a ladder.
French doors open from the dining area onto a decked area at the side of the chalet.
There is a shower room and a separate toilet. The heating is electric.
The garage, shared with the apartment, has storage for skis and bikes with the drying room beyond.

Outside
There is a good sized garden to the side and rear of the property. To the front there is parking for about 3 cars.
