The large south-west facing balcony is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the afternoon sun following a day on the slopes, or time spent  shopping and sightseeing in nearby Annecy, in an area as popular and beautiful in the summer as it is in the winter.

The duplex apartment comes fully furnished (included in the price) and provides ample sleeping accommodation for upto 6 adults, with 2 large double bedrooms on the second floor and a sofa-bed in the downstairs lounge area. With the addition of 2 fold-up beds in the main bedrooms (ideal for children and adults), it provides the flexibility to sleep upto 8. The upstairs accommodation also comprises a bathroom, with shower over bath, and separate toilet.

The 1st floor comprises a large open plan lounge area, with a double sofabed and 3 seater sofa, a dining area with table and chairs for 6 people and a fully fitted kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, hob, refrigerator and microwave. The area leads out to the large balcony through a set of double french doors, where the barbeque awaits those sunny evenings. In addition the 1st floor has a separate toilet with washbasin and storage for cleaning equipment.

Outside the grounds are well maintained with an allocated private parking space and large lockable garage, ideal for extra storage.
