This top floor studio apartment is situated in the typical small fench village of SERVOZ on a small residence with similar chalet style properties containing studio and 1 or 2 bed apartments. Within walking distance to the local shop and three restaurants. Les Houches is 5 mins drive and is the nearest ski centre. Chamonix is 10 minutes drive.  Mt. Blanc tunnel 8 mins drive.

From the small balcony you can sit and watch the sun set over Mt. Blanc. The apartment will sleep 4 but more suited to couples or those with young children. It comprises a double bed and bunk-beds, neat kitchen and dining area, bathroom and toilet combined. Being on the top floor some of the ceilings slope in the main living area and bathroom.

The apartment also has a good sized Cave in the basement for storage of skis/mountain bikes etc. and parking is available on site.

The living area is approximately 15m sq.

This apartment is in a quiet area and the church bells chime on the hour during the day. However, it is perfectly positioned for all winter and summer activities. You can swim in the Lake du Passy which is just 10 mins drive, as is the white water rafting centre. Lake Annecy is only 40 mins drive and Megeve is also around 40 minute scenic drive. There are many ski areas within 30 mins drive you will be spoilt for choice.

The nearest airport is Geneva which is an easy 1 hour drive and serviced regularly by Easyjet.
