The leaseback The leaseback is for a period of 9-11 years with the 19.6% VAT paid by the promoter giving you almost 20% discount on your property purchase. The 3 different options: 1) “Equilis” is the “owner” formula with an excellent balance between long-term yield and personal use 4.10% yield with 0.85% towards costs totalling 3,25% net income guaranteed for 9 years. This income can be shared between cash income and personal use. Personal use is in the shape of a coefficient (see calendar below) that you deduct from your income and according to which week you decide to take. This is a very flexible option as you can vary from year to year. 2) “Resultis” is the “investor” formula with total optimisation of your investment as well as income The yield is made of fixed part of 2% of property price and is guaranteed for 9 years.
