Should there be a time off less snow...... snowcanons on the baby-piste and the piste's from the center off the ski-area down to the chalets will provide fresh snow, so you are always sure....... you can ski from and down to the chalets !!! The chalet has 4 bedrooms /sleepingbank/ 2 toilets/ 2 bathrooms and a nice fireplace and electirc floorheating. The interior is very proper and like the chalet new bought in 2001. The chalet is rented for 7 months a year, specially in the winter offcourse, but the chalet is still 5 months free for yourself !! The renting money is about € 15000, - à year..... Oz en Oisans is a cosey village. The village is only about 15 years old, because the location is very snowcertain and practical... It means also that the village is still growing, and everything is and will be build like the latest style off building, so more cosey, more different colour and more wood is used.........and no more square grey sad buildings, with flat roofs ??! And even if the village grows twice as big ........it is no problem for the gigantic ski-lifst. In the village, there are restaurants/shops/supermarket/covered swimmingpool/care taking for children and childrens skilessons are given about 100m from the chalets !! The climate in summer is about the same in hte Ardeche and the Rivièra, wunderful walking/cycling/moutain-biking starts already ....in front off the chalet ??!
