The chalet is rented for 7 months a year, specially in the winter offcourse, but the chalet is still 5 months free for yourself !! The renting money is about € 15000, - à year..... Oz en Oisans is a cosey village. The village is only about 15 years old, because the location is very snowcertain and practical... It means also that the village is still growing, and everything is and will be build like the latest style off building, so more cosey, more different colour and more wood is used.........and no more square grey sad buildings, with flat roofs ??! And even if the village grows twice as big ........it is no problem for the gigantic ski-lifst. In the village, there are restaurants/shops/supermarket/covered swimmingpool/care taking for children and childrens skilessons are given about 100m from the chalets !!
