prettiest villages in France it is the home of the famous Abbey du Bec

it is a popular tourist area and sits in the pleasant Risle valley of Normandy. There are regular markets in all the local towns. During spring and summer there are also countless 'Foire a toutes' second hand market.There are also regular organised walks (free)in local areas one evening per week from May to July - the walk is about 9 klm and ends back at the start with picnic and local entertainment. We are about an hour from the coast and Honfleur,about 40 mins from Rouen and are close to Brionne and Pont Audemer. There is a small airport in Deauville Saint Gatien and one in Caen but otherwise the neares are in Paris.
Train services run from Paris - Rouen - L'Havre or Paris - Bernay- Caen
(no train station in Le Bec but one in Brionne.)Ferries to the UK are
from Caen, Dieppe, Boulogne or Calais.
