Charming French farmhouse on a farm in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The property has been carefully renovated in order to keep its authentic character. It has its own private back garden with a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside, and has also the benefit of the pond (securely fenced in) and the animals on site for the children and animal and wildlife lovers.

It consists of an open plan fully fitted kitchen and living area, and has three bedrooms and two shower rooms. French doors open on to the secure private garden area.

Downstairs is a spacious bedroom with a single and a double bed and the first of the two shower rooms, a separate wc. Upstairs is the second spacious bedroom, again with a single and a double bed. There is a mezzanine area with a clic-clac bed which can sleep two people. Off the mezzanine area is the second shower room. The final bedroom, again very spacious, has a double and a single bed. The property has electric heating so is as comfortable in winter as it is in the summer months.

Close to supermarkets and restaurants and all amenities, perfect for walking and cycling.

We are situated a stone's throw from the Avenue Verte - the old railway lines which have been converted into a lane for those wishing to walk or cycle without the worry of motor vehicles, you are also welcome on horseback if you wish.

An easy drive from the ports of Dunkerque, Boulogne and Calais (approx 2 hours) or Dieppe (40 mins). We are situated near Neufchatel-en-Bray, famous for it cheese, and 12km from Forges-les-Eaux with its lakes and casino. All local amenities are at less than 4km from the farmhouse. Beaches 35km, Swimming pool 4km, river 0.5km, avenue verte 0.5km and 10km from the nearest train St Serqueux.

Per week: April to May, except school hols, £450;
June to August, except school hols, £575; school holidays £575;
