The East and West Wings are similar properties both with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The East Wing has two reception rooms, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen/diner as well as its own private outdoor terrace with barbeque and outdoor dining furniture and gazebo. The West Wing also has a large salon plus a mezzanine area, large dining room and fully equipped kitchen/diner. It also has its own outdoor dining terrace with gazebo and barbeque. Each Wing has its own Satellite TV, DVD players, hi-fi, games console, i-pod docking station and wi-fi internet access. Properties share the large 10m x 5m heated pool with the Cottage as well as 5 acres of grounds complete with donkey and two ponies, duck pond with 5 friendly ducks, secret swing garden, meditation island and a beautiful riverside walk. The grounds are traversed by the pretty river Yres but the main lawn is fenced off where it meets the river so is safe for children to play in while the adults relax. There are plenty of activities in the region throughout the year making it the perfect year-round destination.
