On the groundfloor: The large living area/salon ( 4.7 x 8.1m) is tiled with beautiful beamed ceilings. There is a large open fire for winter visits. The smaller dining room ( 3.1 x 4.5m) has a table to seat 12 people. The nearby kitchen (2.9 x 4.35m) has all the modern conveniences you could hope for including a dishwasher. The groundfloor showerroom has a washing machine, and there is a further new modern bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin on the 1st floor and a further showeroom on the 2nd floor.

On the firstfloor: Bedroom one has twin beds(3.3 x 4.6m), a tiled floor and overlooks the street. Bedroom two (4.50 x 3.20m) has a double bed and a French door opening onto a large balcony which overlooks the garden. There is a bathroom with bath on this floor.

On the 2nd floor, enjoy 2 further bedrooms, both with twin beds. One has a tiled floor and is snuggled under the eaves. It overlooks the garden (4.6 x 3.1m). The other bedroom has a carpeted floor and overlooks the village street (4.38 x 3.3m). There is a new showerroom with shower, toilet and washbasin The house is equipped with a television, central heating and a fireplace which make wintertime visits quite comfortable.

Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are quite steep. It is necessary to supervise children carefully. This lovely cottage is right in town- just a few steps away from the shops, cafe and restaurant. Enjoy the best of village life and then take refuge in the lovely back garden next to the pool! The very large garage makes parking easy.
