The region we specialise in

Most of our properties are in the area around Duras, a picturesque, lively historic market town situated in South-West France between Bordeaux (about 1 hour by car) and Bergerac (about 25 minutes).

The area is popular with people from the UK, both for permanent and holiday homes, but remains quintessentially unspoilt "French". One of France's most renowned wine-growing regions, the countryside offers beautiful & tranquil views of undulating hills & vineyards, but also on hand are all the commercial & leisure amenities necessary. It's a wonderful environment to live & work, to retire to, to holiday in, or to bring up a family.

The Atlantic coast with its beautiful sandy beaches, and skiing in the Pyrenees are both easily accessible from here; travel to & from the UK is easy, with low-cost flights from Bergerac to many UK airports and Bordeaux airport also within easy reach. The English Channel ports are also only 6-10 hours away by car.
