We are a family owned business and pride ourselves on the quality of service that we offer our clients. Formed in 1998 in the Dordogne we now have over 500 agents throughout the country. These are local experts who live and work in their region and they will be happy to advise you on local issues such as house prices, the best bars and restaurants, schooling, climate and the many other factors that will influence your property search. They are all fully bilingual and will co-ordinate your viewing trip with our local agents on the ground. Once you have found a property and had an offer accepted we have an in-house contracts team who will help guide you smoothly through the buying process. Once again, this team is fully bilingual and even includes a fully qualified Notaire, you can rest assured that you will be in safe hands. We will also be able to recommend trusted advisors on mortgages, currency transfers and the insurances that you will need. Once you take possession of the property we will also help you set up utilities, phone line and internet connection.
