About Us

Rhône Alpes Property Services, RAP Immobilier, was set up by Elise Pidolot-Raybaud, a bilingual lawyer with dual nationality, to help clients living outside the area buy a property and settle into this wonderful region.

We have settled into this area and are able to call upon a large network of experts as well as using our own personal and professional experience of the particular problems faced by non local and local purchasers. RAP Immobilier will help you find the right property in the right area and see you through the whole buying process.

We can also help you with any renovation / alterations that you may wish to undertake and the various permissions that will need to be sought as well as all other services you may require.

Our area

We are located all over the Tarentaise Valley with some activities across the Rhône Alpes region. Our head office is between Lyon and Chambery and we have a working office base in Moutiers.
