Description

The Mansion, currently operated as B&B, has on the ground floor a private section of 145 m², including a very spacious living room (with fireplace) of 55 m², a large open plan kitchen of 22 m², a 21 m² bedroom with built-in wardrobe and a 16 m² bathroom with double sink, bathtub, walk-in shower and separate toilet.
On the 1st floor are 5 spacious and bright bedrooms, every room with en suite private bathroom. Each room is between 23 and 33 m², bathroom included, and has at least one large window with sight. There is also a 2nd floor, with 4 bedrooms, a bathroom per two bedrooms.
All the rooms and bathrooms are connected to the central heating (with oil).
There is a large car park at the domain, for up to 10 cars.
Just next to the terrace are the impressive remnants of an old aqueduct, with two remaining arches as magnificent decoration.
The swimming pool of 12 x 6 m, depth up to 1,60 m, has walk-in stairs and is equipped with a heat pump. It is located underneath an arch of the aqueduct.
As an extra, there is a second home, La Maison de l'Arche, plus a large hall of 20 x 8 m, both also entirely built in natural stones.

The Environment
Les Tilleuls is situated in a valley at an altitude of +/-400 m, with a small mountain stream that cuts through the domain, and benefits of a micro-climate. The surrounding heights go up to 800 m. The area offers many opportunities for tourists, with amongst others
- the Gorges du Tarn;
- the Plateau of the Grandes Causses, recognized by UNESCO as a natural reserve and world heritance, including the Larzac heights;
- the famous Millau Viaduct;
- number of medieval villages such as La Couvertoirade and Sainte Eulalie de Cernon;
- many sports opportunities, also for special sports such as paragliding, rafting, canyoning, climbing, via Ferrata;
- numerous scenic hiking trails etc. ..
The coastal area of the Languedoc-Roussillon is easily accessible via the A75, one hour's drive by a toll-free highway.
