Manor House with Indoor Pool 8 km's from the Spa Town of Vichy

The renovation of the 17th and 18th century Manor House allowed for the installation of five B&B bedrooms each with it’s own bathroom (shower or bath).
The habitable area is comprised of an extra 6th bedroom with an 8 m2 dressing and extra bathroom. A 40 m2 office/atelier is linked to the main bedroom.

With the renovation of the dining room, the old fireplace was discovered as well as an old wall hidden under cement which we rebuilt in the original particular style (opus piscatum) probably dating back to the XVIth or XVIIth centuries. This wall we left as is giving the dining room a lovely medieval feel. Around 25m2 with a 5m2 pantry.

The kitchen – really the heart of the house is around 40 m2 with a bread oven, stone wash basin and all necessary equipment to realise dinners for the guests table.
It has a door opening onto the courtyard and communicate on the one side with the dining room and the other with the technical areas (boiler room, pool machinery and stock room)

The pool is hidden in the outbuildings that once housed horse drawn carriages in the 19th century. Hidden behind it’s «Orangerie» doors, the pool area hosts exhibitions by local artists in the summer and serve as a ‘hothouse’ for dinners in the fall
This 10m by 3,5 m basin, with a 16 m2 tiled landing, is heated by the central heating system of the house. It has a salt treatment system (chlorine produced by electrolyse of salt)

The Dovehous is an independent cottage with a20 m2 bedroom.
The bathroom is in a suspended veranda with shower, basin and WC
Lounge and equipped kitchen corner on the ground floor

Added to this are barns, old stables, a garage, a parking and a renovated Dovehouse.
The property is set in 4 hectares of fields as well as 4 hectares of woods and a private access road with two exits.
