the area is one of outstanding beauty and great historical interest. It is a place of dramatic gorges, flowing gentle rivers and medieval bastide villages with their honey coloured stone
The house is very well placed for access to the historic towns of Domme, Sarlat,  La roque Gageac, Rocamadour and Cahors with theircolourful markets.
There is something for everyone here; prehistoric caves, canoeing, rambling, cycling, fishing, riding, and excellent restaurants.
