The holiday résidénce has three different apartments.Two of them are fully equipped and are ready for renting out.They both have a fireplace. On the ground floor there is a small thirth apartment, we use for storage and extra sleeping posibility.
The Villa is situated on a quiet terrain along the riverside. You will find privacy, rural and space in a beautiful environment.
The little hameau Le Prat lays near the bridge Pont de l'Herault. Between the romantic places Ganges and le Vigan. You will find the weekly traditional handicraft products on the market.
In this beautiful part of france is a lot to enjoy. The county is placed right behind the edge from the Massif Central.This has created a rough landscape which is spectaculair and breath taking. Like the Cirque de Navacelle, de porte du Cevenne and the Gorges the l'Herault.
For the more active persons there are many diverent activities to do like; canyoning mountaincliming, abseiling, horseriding, walkrouts, bikerides, carten, canoen, swimming en fishing. Good wines invide you to visite a cave and learn about the wine arias by listening, looking, smell and/or tasting. Visit a cave or discover a cave.
Around a 45 km drive lays a beachday by the national nature reserve de Camarque right on the mediterranean Sea. This is wonderfully to combine with a shopping-trip in the city Montpellier. The opposite way brings you to Anduze and its bamboo forest.
The garden lays right on the river the l’herault. We like to swim and play at the beautiful waterfall only 50 meters down the river.
The garden has a woodenhouse that we use for fitness.
Nov 2018 we have renewed our septic tank for the complete residence acording to the new french rules.
