All of our past clients have loved our Loire home and we have had many repeat visitors. "A little bit of heaven", "paradise" and a "tranquil retreat" are just some of the adjectives used to describe Les Parillers. And everyone of them is accurate.
The main house has four well portioned bedrooms , three doubles and one twin There are two bathrooms, kitchen/ dining room and lounge with fireplace, utility and wine cellar all on the ground floor.
There is a large open attic space which could easily double the space in the main house. Also an additional attic space which has been used as a games room.
The second house, the summer house which is facing the main house is, presently used to house garden furniture and the BBQ. This has a very old and imposing chimney and former bread oven. This could be converted into a separate living space with minimal effort.
There is also potential for a third living space over the two very large double garages. There is also a workshop used for storing the ride-on mower
All of this is set in the most fabulous parkland of mature trees of all sorts including many varieties of fruit and nuts. There is also a moat which dates back to the property of Saint Menele in the 6th century.
