Located 400 metres from the start of hikes where the cars are dropped off, then it takes 10 minutes to walk to the property.
You can also access the property by 4X4 (equipped with TT) or using a quad bike for the initiated.

The chalet offers 76m2 of living space on 2 levels. It comprises on the ground floor, a large living room with the open kitchen, dining room, a sofa, wood burning stove (only heating), a bathroom with basin only and dry toilets, and a large bay window overlooking the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, gas stove, gas fridge & cookware ...

Upstairs, it is the rest area, consisting of a bedroom (9m2) with 1 king size bed, and the rest of the area is set up as a dormitory bedroom (20m2) with 3 double beds, the mezzanine has two beds doubles.

Outside there are 2 terraces, 1 of which is made of Tropical hardwood with table, benches, deckchair, barbecue, parasol.

The property is located in the protected « zone montagne », that is to say, no water, no electricity, but the chalet is completely energy independent thanks to its solar installation: LED bulb lighting, water pump, generator for occasional use with 220V small equipment or in case as an emergency generator.

Water: water it is collected from the roof, therefore non potable (even if ...) but very precious, hot water is supplied by a gas water heater, drinking water comes from a natural spring 50m below the property.
