In southern Champagne is this incredibly well-maintained Chateau, which for generations has been owned by the French royal family, who have used it as a hunting castle. It is now privately owned and now one of the 50 private equity shares (Not timeshare) are being offered.

In the immediate vicinity of the castle you can see: Within a 2-minute walk: Golf course, restaurants, tennis courts, shopping, huge forests and hunting opportunities. Within about 1/2 hour drive: Shopping centre, beach and water park, shops, markets etc.
The River Anjou (a tributary of the Seine) flows through the idyllic areas of castles.
The castle's courtyard also has a swimming pool in summer.
The common areas include, the following: Huge outdoor terrace, 2 bars, 2 knight's halls, libraries and reading rooms, large communal kitchen with all the heart can desire of equipment for free use and fridge/freeze options, breakfast kitchen with access to huge terrace, wine cellar, salons, large cellar with billiards, table tennis, bicycles, laundry cellar etc.

The castle is located in southern Champagne, about 2.5 hours drive from either Basel or Paris Cdg airport, in the idyllic little village: Arc en Barrois.

The apartment consists of a bedroom and en suite bathroom/toilet, overlooking the castle park and the river. It is relatively newly renovated (e.g. thermo window from Velfac) and everything works as it should. Sold incl. The furniture and fixtures in the apartment (bed, bedside table, dresser, lamps, etc.).

The owners organize a joint Hubertus weekend in November and bastille party in July, where there is a gala dinner and a Lanciers (participation is voluntary, of course). Very good socialising across all age groups.

There are common costs for approx. Dkk 2,000,- (approx. Eu 270) /mdr + own consumption of electricity (there is own electricity meter in the room). Castle staff, assurances of the castle's common areas, maintenance of the castle, etc. is paid through the common costs.

The owners' association is extremely healthy financially. Annual financial report etc are, of course, provided with serious interest.
