This is a wonderful old stone village house with pool, situated in a pretty village in the Dordogne. All of the charm and original character has been kept in the renovation of this house. There are stone walls in most of the rooms, large oak beams and oak flooring and two beautiful stone fireplaces.

The house is spacious and airy throughout, over 230m2, offering four bedrooms, two bathrooms, large dining room and lounge, office and kitchen. In the entrance you will find the beautiful original curved oak staircase.

The swimming pool, 9 x 4, is situated central in the garden with a large terrace around it. The garden (1000m2) has mature trees and shrubs and looks out over the countryside behind it. There is parking for 3 or 4 cars. This property is on mains drains. The house is immaculate and would make an ideal holiday home as the garden has been designed for easy maintenance. It still offers potential to those who want to put their mark on the house. The beauty is that you could live in it immediately and take the time to enjoy the French summers and start to feel the property.

Situated near to the lively market town of Riberac and only a short drive from Lake Jemaye, where you can fish, swim, canoe, walk or cycle. The two nearest airports are Bergerac and Bordeaux each only an hour away. The area consists of undulating countryside and woodland and close enough to large towns and amenities.
