This beautiful Perigourdine family property is situated just on the outskirts of the busy market town of Riberac. It sits in the middle of a mature garden 2500m2, full of shrubs, flowers and trees, with lovely areas to sit and relax.

The property consists of four bedrooms, a large lounge/dining, kitchen, office, another living room, and two bathrooms. Kitchen, double garage and small outbuilding.

The house has oil central heating and has secondary double glazing throughout making it warm and cosy. Due to the style of this house the rooms are all light and airy and have far stretching views over the surrounding countryside.

Many years ago the house was divided into two houses but has since been converted into one. So many changes could be done to facilitate anyone's needs and that is why this property is so worth visiting.

The garden is over 2500m2 and has ample room should you wish to have a swimming pool. The terrace stretches the full back of the house and enjoys the views of the garden and countryside.

The property has its own private entrance to the house and is situated in a small hamlet. This means that although you are the outskirts of a main town you would think that you were lost in the countryside!

I recommend visiting this house soon as I do not think it will be on the market for long!

Services: Sewerage Mains.
