3 Bed House, 2 Gites, Large Garden

Description

Delightful house with 3 bedrooms all overlooking the mature garden filled with shrubs, flowers and fruit trees. One bedroom has access to a large attic. The 42m² L shaped lounge has a vaulted ceiling that catches your eye with its exposed beams, cartwheel lights and large stained glass window. The pretty decorated wall panelling and quaint interior post box make unusual features. Climb the chunky oak stairs and you can look down on all this from the mezzanine balcony. The room is filled with natural light and heated bya wood-burner as an alternative to the central heating. The conservatory makes a lovely dining room all year around, and the kitchen has hand built cupboards and a breakfast bar. The large gite has a cosy farmhouse kitchen, with wood fired central heating, a separate lounge with stove and double doors, 3 double bedrooms, and a 96m² attic that could easily make 2 more bedrooms. The other gite has a kitchen diner and 2 bedrooms. There are outbuildings attached to this that could enlarge this gite or make another large gite that would have direct garden access. All of this at a bargain price, set in a peaceful hamlet, 5 minutes from Néré with bar/restaurant and food shop, and just over an hour to the coast and airport.
