In the heart of a historic village in the Haute Vienne - Limousin, is this fabulous convent renovated to the highest of standards yet retaining many original features. It once belonged to a trio of convents founded in 1330. It was intended to welcome and care for pilgrims. The convent was rebuilt partly during the seventeenth century and during the eighteenth century. Today, it has kept all its charm, its character and imposes on us like a castle. The exterior is absolutely breathtaking: its grandeur and authenticity are almost intimidating. Inside, the visit continues in the same state of mind: tapestries, carpets, tiles and decoration in general extend the trip. On the ground floor are a large entrance, a dining room, a living room/kitchen and an office. The vaulted aspect of the ground floor envelops us in the heart of this beautiful home. The wide and massive oak staircase leads us to a floor full of surprises: seven rooms all different and warm. Five bedrooms out of seven have their own bathroom with toilet.
