The larger town of St Benoit du Sault with supermarket and more shops and services is only around 10-15 minutes away by car, and in an hour, you can be at the International Airport of Limoges with daily flights to regional UK airports.

On the ground floor there is an entrance hall (4m²), a tiled living room (36m²) with fireplace and wood burning stove and exposed stone, a tiled, fitted kitchen (20m²), a tiled corridor (2m²), leading to a tiled bathroom (7m²) (bath, basin, toilet) and a bedroom (12m²).

On the 1st floor there is a bedroom (25m²) with a cupboard and a small balcony overlooking the pretty garden. There is also a small loft space for storage only.

There is a lovely little attached garden to 2 sides of the property of around 100m² as well as further space providing off road parking for 2 cars.

There is a small outbuilding attached to the property (8m2) which is a useful storage space for bikes and garden furniture etc.

The property does not currently have a fosse septique and technically this is a job that needs doing, however it is connected into the old storm drains in the hamlet and so there is no ongoing problem with the waste but the situation does not conform to the new regulations!
