In the Pessac Léognan appellation, an exceptional vineyard with a global reputation, well distributed in primeurs, developed by a grand cru classé from another appellation, of ideal size and profitable, is for sale at a price well below its historical value.

The terroir covers 24 hectares, including 14 hectares of Aop Pessac Leognan vines, 90% red / 10% white, planted in two waves, 32 years ago and 21 years ago.
