Pretty Rural Property: Main House, Cottage, Outbuildings with 1.5 Hectare of Land!

Description

Located in a very rural area, at the end of a lane in a tiny hamlet of 2 properties, this property is very secluded, hidden in a nice environment.
No main road too close. Very peaceful. The main house has a new roof, it is a large farm house which has been renovated, there are still some improvements to be done.
On the ground floor: the main room with a kitchen area and a large dining space, a comfortable lounge, beams, the possibility to install a wood burner, a very spacious and bright room, and an extra large bedroom with a wood floor.
In the extension in the back is the bathroom with shower and a separate WC.
On the first floor is the master bedroom and a double bedroom, some work needs to be done to improve these rooms.
A few double glazed windows. Electric radiators for heating. It still needs some upgrading but it could be very lovely once all the work is done inside.
The garden is all around the property , a very cute little cottage for total renovation, some barns for storage, and a large hangar that is not in a good condition.
The whole property is surrounded by trees and hedges, very private. It is a beautiful spot, great potential with the buildings and ideal for animals!
For the ones who are looking for a rural life in a very tranquil countryside area!
