A Very Pretty Property Facing the Forest One Acre of a Fabulous Garden in Huelgoat!

Description

This property offers a superb location and a fantastic garden, the house is in very good condition, habitable right away, all the hard work has been done, you can finish the cosmetic work according to your taste.

The entrance is through a conservatory which gives access on the ground floor to a good-sized kitchen with the dining area large enough for a family, it is possible to make this room larger by just removing a partition, there is some available space in the back that’s not being used at the moment; further, still on this level, a comfortable lounge with a tiled floor and an open fireplace.

In the extension is a convenient utility room with a WC and a door opening into the garden.

A pretty wood staircase takes you to the first floor which is comprised of two nice double bedrooms, quite spacious, and in between is a bathroom with shower and WC.

On the top floor you will find the attic which has been converted into two other nice rooms, one is a double bedroom, the other one is used as a workshop/study and there is a room between for storage in which it would be easy to install another bathroom.

All the windows of the house are overlooking the forest. It is a bright house with a nice living space for a family.

Double glazed windows throughout, oil central heating, and conformed septic tank. It has a good feeling about it and the view is great.

Not attached is a large garage and a separate work shop. Also, in the back of the property there are some garden sheds.

You’ll find a terrace in the front and a vegetable patch; further, in the back, is a stunning garden with the famous boulders of Huelgoat; it is like a paradise garden for children (or adults!!) with plenty of trees and paths, you feel like you are in your own ‘little world’ with nobody around!

A very special property, don’t miss it!
