Large Family House with a Terrace in the Back and in a Very Pretty Village!

Description

Located in a charming village of the Regional Park, this property is in the centre of the village.

It is a large house in good condition, the structure is solid.

It will need some improvements inside but it is more or less cosmetic work which needs to be done.

On the ground floor: a massive lounge with fireplace, beams, new decoration will make it brighter, there is a back door which opens onto a terrace; further, a fitted kitchen with numerous storage units, a good-sized room and another very spacious room with another fireplace which can be used for a dining room.

A lovely original staircase leads to the first floor where you will find two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and WC between the two bedrooms.

On the top floor is the attic which has been converted into two other bedrooms, these are nice rooms with beams, and a space in between with a WC and a sink.

Once all the decoration is done it could be a pleasant house.

There’s gas central heating and it’s connected to the mains. The windows are the original windows.

In the back is a terrace facing the church. It really deserves a visit!
