In the top left hand corner of the homepage there is a small login box.
Simply enter your username and password here and click on the log-in button.
Incorrect username - Most usernames are the email address supplied upon registration.
Incorrect details supplied - Please note passwords are case sensitive and will need to be entered in the correct case.
Account not registered – In order to sign into your account for the first time it is necessary to first activate your account. A registration email will be sent to the email address you supplied upon registration. Simply follow the instructions in the email to activate your account. If you did not receive a registration email your email client may have blocked it from being sent to your inbox. Please see our email account help guides (accessible via the main help index) for more advice on how to accept email from French-property.com. If you are unable to find the email please contact us and we will activate your account on your behalf.
Lost password - If you have lost your password, please go to the homepage, click on login on the top right of the page and then click the “lost password” link next to the submit box. After supplying your email address a new password will be sent to your inbox.
Cookies not allowed - If the problem persists, your login problems could be due to your computer settings. Cookies must be enabled to login to the website. If cookies are not enabled, please do the following:
- Open your web browser and click on the 'tools' tab at the top of the page.
- Select 'internet options' in the drop down menu.
- Click on the privacy tab. From here there should be a button called 'sites', select it and enter '*.french-property.com' (without single quotes) then click 'allow'.
