Lower Normandy is a very popular area so the chalet makes the perfect holiday home or is very easy to rent out. The front garden can accomodate a large tent or marquee if you really want to have a party!

There is a manager/caretaker on site who will look after the garden and do any hand-overs when renting out should you want him to.

OVERALL DESCRIPTION OF THE CHALET:-
The interior is light, airy and spacious. There's a large lounge with new, quality leather suite and a separate dining area. The kitchenette is compact but well appointed with fridge-freezer, 4 x halogen hobs, cooker and microwave. One unusual but important feature of the chalet is the three private double bedrooms - all with separate access. The bathroom has a new, stylish vanity unit, recent new shower, linen cupboard and storage cupboard.

The downstairs bedroom is multi-purpose. It has two high quality IKEA chair beds, so can be used as a den, play room or of course – a twin bedroom.

The chalet comes fully furnished, complete and ready to live in - all bed-linen, kitchen equipment, crockery etc etc. is included. There is satellite TV, DVD + video and a music centre. So just turn up and relax!

It has been extensively refurbished this year to make a stay there even more comfortable and enjoyable.

EXTERNAL DETAILS:-
It’s position on the Park means that it isn’t overlooked and has great views. The plot is bordered by hedges and the rear garden is particularly private – perfect for sunbathing! There is a paved patio area here for the barbeque or for the Jacuzzi. FACILITIES ON and NEAR THE PARK :-
On the Park there is a children’s play area, crazy golf, indoor heated swimming pool, fitness suite, and boules (petanque) area. The Park overlooks Lake Dathee which has facilities for sailing, canoeing, pedaloes, carp fishing and has a cycling/walking track around it. The excellent 18 hole Vire Golf course is next to the Lake. Most of these activities are available at reduced rates for Park residents. The Forest of St Sever is close-by and has tracks for walking, cycling and horse-riding.

If you want to venture away from the Park area there is lots to do:-

SURROUNDING AREA:-
There are two villages close by - handy for a quick trip to the bakery, supermarket or cafe-bar.

The lively town of Vire - about 6Km away - has all the amenities you would expect from a large town including a weekly traditional market and many excellent restaurants and bars.

Further a-field, the picturesque port and seaside resort of Avranches is about 45 minutes drive away. The Lake at Putanges which specialises in water skiing, Jetskiing etc. is an hour away

We have owned this chalet for 10 years and have had enjoyed 2-3 holidays in it every year, sometimes in the winter – the Park is open all year.
