Location
Although a rural location, it is not isolated and only a twelve minute drive to the local town of St Gaudens 8km away which has shops, supermarkets, cafes, a tennis club, a rugby club and buildings of interest including a church and cloisters.

A golf course is thirty minutes’ drive, 37km, at Lannemazan.
It is 71km to the nearest ski slope at St Lary Soulan in the French Pyrenees. Whilst Baqueira Beret on the Spanish side of the mountains is only 87km away.
If you don’t ski you can walk, birdwatch, cycle or just have a day out to watch the Tour de France in the beautiful mountains.
The nearest airport is at Toulouse.
It is 118km to Pau airport and Carcassonne is 183km away. All these airports have numerous flights operating.
The nearest rail link is at St Gaudens.

The House
The original two bedroomed property was extended by us ten years ago to give a further two bedrooms (the largest being 5.1m x 4.6m) and a four piece bathroom on ground level. An oak staircase leads to the fifth bedroom.
