More exactly it is settled 6 kms from Auroux, 17 kms from Langogne (station) and Châteauneuf de Randon, 10 kms from Grandrieu and 45 kms from Mende and Le Puy en Velay. 2h30 mins away from Rodez airport.

In the main house (315 m²), in excellent state, you will find 5 bedrooms with private bathroom and wc (12 persons).
Basement : boiler-room (11m²) with fuel central heating.

Ground Floor : A big dining-room with lounge (49 m²) provided with an inset wood burner in a fireplace, a TV lounge (11 m²), a Balnéo- Sauna room (10 m²), a WC with washbasin (3 m²), a reception entrance (9 m²), a functional kitchen (13 m²), a reserve (12 m²) and a laundry (13 m²).

We settled in 2007 and started the Bed & Breakfast activity in july after renovation. Our activity (12 persons plus 2 persons in the gîte) is in constant progress every year.
Our annual average turnover is 45000€ (book-keepings).

We obtained the « Gîtes de France – 2 épis » label the same year and we figure in Petit Futé guide book of Lozère.
