We, the present owners, have had this property for the past 35 years and it has been run as a very successful B&B.

The town has many attractions including restaurants, bars, shops, a swimming pool and a street market every Saturday morning.
Situated mid-way between Tours and Le Mans it is just 4kms to the A28 motorway. Tours airport is 42 kms ( Ryanair to Stanstead in 1 hour). Le Mans 24 hour racing circuit just 20 kms distance.
The local area is served by a range of primary and secondary schools and a local hospital.
Description.
Access the property through the impressive entrance door into a hallway with the first of two staircases leading to the first floor. To the right is a very large and comfortable living room and to the left a grand dining room.
Through the dining room is a large kitchen, also the entrance to a wine cellar, a large store room, entrance to the large double garage and access to the second staircase.
