Around the front door is a beautiful climbing red rose whilst the three panel bi fold door frame is surrounded by an established grapevine complementing its charm.
To the rear of the house there is a large secluded wooden decking which ensures a sunny area can always be found. The outdoor lounge furniture makes this the perfect location for sharing drinks with friends and neighbours on a summers evening.
The large garden to the rear of the property has been designed to be as maintenance free as possible.
It includes a 9m x 4.5m outdoor swimming pool which is a saltwater system. This provides a much more comfortable bathing experience than the traditional chlorine based pool.
A new 'Abri' or sliding hard top polypropelene pool cover has recently been fitted which fulfils the rigorous French safety standards, and also extends the bathing season by 2 months as it heats the pool very efficiently. It also helps keep out falling leaves etc. The Abri is tall enough to allow use of the pool when covered so it can be used in all weather.
