Mandelieu-la-Napoule is a beautiful town on the French Riviera.  Affluent and classically beautiful, the town sits on the Mediterranean coastline and is a popular destination for anyone heading to the south coast, but particularly those keen on water sports.  The name gives a nod to the two hearts of the town.  Mandelieu is the more more modern sector, with wonderful shops, restaurants and bars.  La Napoule is more of a village at heart, with local shops, artisans, cosy bars and bistros.  The town is renowned for seafood and watersports.  Shellfish is the speciality and if you’re keen on sailing, water-skiing or scuba diving, there is plenty for you to enjoy here.  If you’d prefer to stay on land, there are lots of superb golf-courses and lots of tennis clubs in the area.
