Location: 





The property is located in the small commune of Menonval, 7km from the delightful market town of Neufchâtel-en-Bray. The property is next to a dairy farm but the owner says that this does not impact upon the property. Neufchâtel-en-Bray has an excellent selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc. There is also a weekly fish market and a superb local produce market, held on a Saturday. There are various mobile produce vans that visit the commune every week (bread, fish, cheese, veg etc).
