This consists of a cottage and adjoining barn. The renovation work on this is less advanced and although not currently habitable it is structurally in good condition. On the ground floor, the current owners had planned to create a kitchen (in what is currently the barn), a living room and then 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs (in what is currently the loft space).

Location:





The property is located in a peaceful location, within walking distance of the village of Soudan, which has a bakery, bar, cafe and post office. The popular town of Chateaubriant is a 10min drive. Here you’ll find a good selection of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, train station and an excellent weekly produce market. 





The ferry port at St Malo is a 90min drive and Caen about 3hrs. The airport at Nantes is 1hr drive.
