Works needed : compete rewiring, change the windows, redo the heating system, insulation needed, the septic tank is not conform, the front roof of the main house will need to be redone in the near future. For the small house, it is not at all habitable, total renovation inside.

Ground floor : main room with the kitchen area, rustic type, functional, the dining space and the lounge around the fireplace and a wood burner, plus beams, tiled floor, and plenty of character.

First floor : landing, 2 double bedrooms have wood floors (one larger with storage), you go from one to get to the second one, bathroom with a bathtub and sink as well as a separate WC.
