Area 1 is the large space with the hallway to the external doors out to the side garden. This is home to the Silo automatic feed container for the wood pellets that heat the water and the ground and first floor accommodation.

The second floor has new electric heating as it is used for the B&B guests allowing more flexibility. There is a laundry area with a massive original 'evier' comprising of two double deep old style wash areas.

Area 2 is the boiler room with the new pellet boiler and lots of storage space, area 3 is the conserve and wine room, area 4 is currently a storage room where the owners store equipment and the trailer etc, and area 5 is the workshop. That completes the internal accommodation of the Chateau.

The Chateau sits in the middle of nearly half an acre of land with views of Cagire and the surrounding countryside and mountains. There is an entrance path and gravelled area with flower beds at the front of the property. Gravel paths divide the different beds and vegetable plots at one side of the property, and there is a garden with decked seating area at the rear of the property, and driveway with parking to the other side of the property. The land is walled and secure with two gateways leading into the entrance and the driveway.

The sun travels around the property providing a sunny emplacement throughout the day.

This area offers outdoor activities and sports including • skiing • cycling (high mountain and/or valleys) • walking, from simple family walks to longer hikes (GR) • golf • spas • natural lakes for bathing • parascending • horse-riding • rafting • vide grenier sales and local markets in proximity of the Pyrenees Mountains.
