It is a beautiful, tranquil space. There are some fruit trees and even a hidden greenhouse. The owner also tells me the commercial loggers come in around every 4-5 years and pay good money for the wood.

The wet room needs a shower and the underfloor heating needs connecting to the boiler but is partly finished. All the walls have been limed and there is good insulation in the house. It has oil fired central heating, as well as two wood burners.
Overview
This is a charming property in a peaceful setting. It is liveable straight away, whilst you can finish off the plastering.
