There are excellent local schools and colleges as well hospitals in the area.
From the property there is direct access onto tracks enabling miles of excellent walking, cycling and riding for those with equestrian interest. Five minutes from the house is the well-known "Fosse Arthour" with excellent lake fishing and rock climbing facilities. There are over 170 climbs available for different degrees of ability.
