This terraced house is in need of updating, and comes with a large garage. It is set in a quiet hamlet close to the pretty village of Lignac in the Indre region of central France where there is a boulangerie, a Post Office and a bar that also has a small general store. The hamlet itself has no shops however the locals all seem to keep their tidy properties looking pretty! The lively little town of Chaillac is around a 5-minute drive away where there is a selection of small shops and services as well as a lovely swimming and fishing lake. The larger town of St Benoit du Sault with supermarket and more shops and services is only around 10 minutes away by car. In an hour, you can be at the International Airport of Limoges with daily flights to regional UK airports.

On the ground floor there is a tiled entrance hall (9m2), a separate toilet, a shower room (shower and basin), a tiled kitchen (8m2) and a tiled living room with a fireplace (15m2).

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with wooden floors (9, 12 and 12m2), the two larger of which are interconnecting, and a room with the water heater and electric central heating boiler (9m2). There is a small storage attic above.

There is a small garden to the front of the house and at the back there is around 150m² - all a bit overgrown at the moment!

The garage (25m2) is just over the lane, and has a cement floor, a small room (10m2) to the back and a first-floor area in the eaves with a staircase for access. There is also a pig shed attached to the garage with exterior access.
