Room 1: tomette flooring 4.7 × 5.7m (27 m²) Site of former chimney exposed beam.

Room 2: tomette flooring 4.7 × 3.6m space (17 m²) with exposed beams.

Room 3: tiled 3.6 × 6.4 (23 m²) with exposed beams, sink and site of former fireplace.

The attic above rooms 1 & 2 has good head height and the floor is boarded.

The barn is 11 x 5.5m (60m2) in three sections. Section 1 is open to the roof and is approximately 1/2 of the barn. The other half is divided into 2 sheep sheds with a floor above.

The land is fenced and behind the house and barn.

Water and electricity will need to be connected, as well as a fosse septique installed as part of the renovation work.
