This lovely country house is in a Hamlet about 5 minutes from Bellac which is situated to the north-west of the Haute-Vienne, It is a small market town with a long history based around the leather tanning industry. The 13th century bridge across the River Vancou is very picturesque and gives a view across the town. Market days in Bellac are Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Close to the town is the lovely Lac de Saint Pardoux, popular with visitors and locals alike.

The house is in its own ground at the end of a Hamlet with no right of way through it and has views over the surrounding countryside.

There is attached surrounding land of around 3945m² with a well. Outbuildings include a large barn with workshop inside, various sheds, a wood store and dove-cote. There is a small orchard. The heating is by oil-fired central heating (radiators) and wood. Sanitation is by fosse septique. Double-glazing throughout.
