The larger town of St Benoit du Sault with supermarket and more shops and services is around 5 minutes away by car, and in around an hour by car you can be at the international airport in Limoges. The station at Argenton-sur-Creuse is around a 15-minute drive away and has direct links to Paris.

On the ground floor there is a room with a fireplace (27m²) tiled with tomettes, and a further room with a tiled floor (21m²). There is also a decent sized conservatory on the front of the house (17.5m²) also with a tiled floor.

Above the property is an attic space that could be gone into and would probably be enough space to create a nice bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

There is a small garden area to the front of the house of around 40m².

There is no sanitation, but the house does have electric and water although a new water meter would need to be installed.
