All these building are in good condition. The offices and the reception hall have been restored between 1995 and 2012 (with access for persons with reduced mobility). The wine making areas have been built in 1990 and the wine ageing cellar in 2000. The three living houses are in compliance with the current standards.
The legal structure of the estate is based on two companies : a farming company with limited liability for the wine production and a private limited company for the commercialisation, allowing the merchant status that gives more opportunity to sell the wine and other related products at the estate, adjust to the markets demands and access to the fluctuating demand (through group purchasing organizations).
The yearly wine production reaches 180.000 bottles of red wine and 17.000 bottles of white wine, with some rosé wine as well. The current stock, about 500.000 bottles represents a 1 million Euro capital. This production could be increased.
All equipment (agricultural machinery, wine making tools, tanks, presses, filters ...) will be sold with the property.
