The wrought iron gate opens onto the property, onto a quiet and hilly park surrounding the castle. A beautiful gravel path leads from the gate to the terrace of the castle.
The magnificent façade has some original architectural elements and a stylish zinc balcony with a glass roof partially covering the terrace.

The castle itself offers 400 m² on three levels:
On the ground floor, a long hallway leads to the toilet, a storage space, a large modern kitchen of 20 m² with access to a splendid reception room of 49 m² open onto the terrace and the park, then to four further rooms of 16 to 25 m², located one after the other: three of them with access to the park and the fourth currently used as an office with two connecting doors to the house. Also on the same level, a dressing room and a laundry room.

On the upper floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
This house could easily be converted as a dwelling, as it was before.

The cottage, between the pool and the pond, is used as a pool house. It is built of stone, has 40 m² and wooden floors; beautifully furnished and equipped with a wood stove and a bar.

Heating and hot water are electric with heat pump and geothermal energy. The nine fireplaces are functional.
