From the living room you have access to the front entrance where there is also a bathroom and WC. So now we have visited the ground floor which flows nicely producing a lovely atmosphere that prevails: softness and refinement.

The staircase is slightly shifted compared to traditional stairs farms in the region that divide the house into two equal parts. It leads you upstairs where a large hall (the former office actually) serves the two bedrooms.

Back outside, west side, to the terrace, you will feel a great serenity at the sight of the beautiful water feature and you may want to consider creating your own natural pool or find your pleasure in simply enjoy the private access to the river with fish to boot!
